We are currently seeking a Merchandise Stocking & Receiving Assistant for the arcade within FEG – Kalahari / Tom Foolerys in Wisconsin Dells.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, stocking product, helping receive shipments, and keeping merchandise areas clean, labeled, and easy to navigate.

What will you be doing as a Merchandise Stocking & Receiving Assistant with Family Entertainment Group?

Providing outstanding guest service.

Receiving merchandise shipments and packages.

Assisting with unloading pallets, boxes, and product deliveries.

Checking in orders and helping maintain accurate records of what has been received.

Communicating missing, damaged, or incorrect items to leadership.

Restocking the redemption area and merchandise games.

Organizing backstock and storage areas.

Making sure products are accurately labeled and easy to find.

Keeping merchandise storage areas clean, safe, and organized.

Assisting with inventory counts of merchandise, prizes, and office supplies.

Helping move, stock, and organize product throughout the arcade.

Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so.

The ideal candidate:

Is coachable and willing to learn. No experience is required for this position; we will provide the training you need.

Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude.

Is organized and able to follow systems.

Is comfortable stocking, receiving packages, unpacking boxes, and organizing product.

Can help keep merchandise, prizes, and storage areas clean, stocked, labeled, and easy to find.

Previous experience in retail, warehouse, stocking, inventory, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
