Position Overview

We are currently hiring Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to support private clients in Mesa, Arizona.

This is a non-medical, in-home care role, providing essential daily living support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and transfers
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Maintain a safe home environment
• Report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans

• Previous caregiver or in-home support experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and professional approach

• W2 employee classification
• Weekly payroll
• Flexible shifts (day, evening, night, weekends)
• One-on-one client assignments
• Ongoing work available in Mesa
• Support from a professional staffing team
