## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\n * Key member of GCO Regional Finance team\n * Own and lead the worldwide Sales \u0026 Admin financial roll-up, including operating plan, forecast cycles, variance analysis, and executive reporting.\n * Work closely with GCO executives and operations team to manage Opex and HC to meet aligned financial objectives\n * Serve as a strategic finance partner to GCO team\u2014driving priorities into financial plans, scenarios, and measurable targets.\n\n\n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\n * Executive exposure: Partner with leaders and contribute to high-stakes strategic initiatives across GCO.\n * Global collaboration: Work with regional teams and ROE communities around the world to drive alignment and best practices.\n * Growth: Expand your breadth across planning, analytics, systems, and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.\n\n\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Business partner for the GCO and BDSO groups - main point of contact for any financial analysis\n * Drive business performance reviews by highlighting key drivers (volume, mix, productivity, spend), risks, and opportunities\u2014and provide recommendations.\n * Lead development and continuous improvement of standardized reporting packages and dashboards to increase clarity, accuracy, and decision speed.\n * Partner cross-functionally to ensure data integrity (including SAP master data inputs) and a single source of truth for management reporting.\n * Support executive requests and strategic initiatives with analysis, and recommendations.\n * Support preparation of executive presentations and support schedules for our Lam Management System Reviews\n * Provide support for SOX and annual audit\n * Provide various ad hoc analysis \n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n * 10+ years of progressive experience in FP\u0026A, forecasting, management reporting, or finance business partnering (or equivalent experience).\n * Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional planning/forecasting processes and influence stakeholders without direct authority.\n * Advanced Excel skills; working with large, multi-source datasets and building repeatable reporting.\n * Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including creating leadership-ready narratives and presenting findings.\n * Experience with SAP (including master data concepts) and Workday Adaptive forecasting system\n * Leverage AI to streamline process\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
