Middle School Rebbi -Judaic Studies Teacher

Hillel Torah North Suburban Day School, located in Skokie, Illinois, is seeking a qualified and

dynamic Limudei Kodesh teacher to join our team as a Middle School Rebbi for the 2026-27

school year. This teaching position can be full-time or part-time.
 

The ideal candidate will be a warm, nurturing, inspiring team player who is passionate about

chinuch and working with students. The Rebbi will teach a range of core Judaic subjects

(Gemara, Mishna, Tanach, and Halacha), lead tefilla, and collaborate with our outstanding

Judaic Studies team across subject areas to inspire leadership and growth in our students.

Qualifications:

● Semicha (Rabbinic Ordination)

● Strong background in Torah knowledge and textual learning

● Experience and passion for working with middle school age students

● Experience teaching Limudei Kodesh (classroom experience preferred)

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or related field (preferred)
