5 Main Responsibilities:

• Weld & Fabricate: Perform MIG welding and fabricate metal components, including material handling bins, according to specifications.
  

• Read Technical Drawings: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  

• Operate Equipment: Safely operate welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, and other metalworking tools and equipment.
  

• Quality Control: Measure, assemble, and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with quality standards.
  

• Teamwork & Production: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  

Requirements:

• Previous welding or metal fabrication experience.
  

• Vocational training in welding or metal fabrication is a plus.
  

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  

• Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
