We're recruiting on behalf of one of Southeast Wisconsin's premier commercial paving contractors that's looking for an experienced Milling Machine Operator with a CDL to join its growing team.

This isn't an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to run a mill, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to work with a crew that values safety, accountability, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll operate milling equipment on commercial paving projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin, removing asphalt surfaces in preparation for new pavement while working alongside experienced crews committed to quality.

You'll also utilize your CDL to transport equipment and materials as needed in support of field operations.

If you've spent years around paving operations and understand production, precision, and teamwork, you'll fit right in.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

✔ CDL Required

✔ Commercial milling experience

✔ Experience operating asphalt milling machines

✔ 5+ years of heavy equipment or paving experience preferred

✔ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

✔ Safety-first mindset

✔ Pride in producing quality work

Schedule

• Approximately 55-hour work weeks

• Some Saturdays during paving season

• Local commercial projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin

Hiring Requirements

• Valid CDL

• Criminal background check

• Drug screen (including THC due to CDL regulations)

• Acceptable driving record

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
