Minibar Attendant

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Minibar Attendant to join our F&B team to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for all activites related to mini bar, which includes, organization, preparation, performing service as per standards set by the hotel


• Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service for all guests


• Understand and accurately follow mini bar procedures as per standards and policies in place


• Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools, and service equipment


• Handle and organize all inventory required by Mini Bar. 


• Observe and maintain daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in Mini Bar, public area, and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

General Requirements:

• Previous experience with Shiji and Dometic Mini Bar systems.


• Previous room service/mini bar experience in a luxury hotel preferred


• Ability to maintain inventory and order food and beverage items on a regular basis


• Able to work under pressure
