Minnehaha-Maintenance Supervisor

Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team!

Days Available:  Monday-Friday

Monthly Rotations with Maintenance Team

Wage: $27.00-$31.00/hr.

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Duties include: 

• Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations. 


• Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. 


• Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner. 


• Consistently protects residents and tenants’ safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment. 


• Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer  


• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department’s budget. 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as  


• Housekeeping and Laundry operations. 


• Experience in health care is preferred. 


• Boilers License.


• High School Diploma or equivalent.
