Mission Critical Engineer 2

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mission-critical infrastructure in a data center.


• Collaborate with the Director of Mission Critical to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of critical systems.


• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to issues affecting mission-critical operations.


• Assist in the implementation of upgrades, modifications, and improvements to enhance data center efficiency.


• Monitor and maintain records of equipment performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address facility-related challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a facilities support role or similar work experience.


• High School Diploma/Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.


• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.


• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.


• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
