Responsibilities
Automotive Sales Consultant:
Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Negotiate pricing and close sales
Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Respond promptly to online leads, inquiries, and digital showroom requests
Manage CRM follow-up processes via phone, email, and text
Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits
Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the buying process
Achieve internet sales and appointment conversion targets
