Main Responsibilities of a Mixologist:

• Taking and serving orders
• Creating Craft Cocktails from scratch
• Creating Hand Craft cocktails wil all natural ingredients
• Preparing beverages for customers
• Recommending beverages based on bar customers' needs and preferences
• Compliance with company policies, regulations, and food safety guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems

Responsibilities:

• Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customers
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
• Record accurate orders, manage cash/credit card payments, and maintain inventory of beverage selection
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

Requirements:

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts

Location: New York- 10001 Reliably to commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
