Mobile Home Park Manager

Mobile Home Parks in The Baton Rouge area is looking for a Park Manager to oversee clean, safe, and well-functioning mobile home communities.
Previous Real Estate management and use of Rent Manager Software is a plus.  

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to requests from residents
Provide excellent service to residents

Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs)
Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes
Qualifications
Experience in property management preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and transportation required

This is a Fulltime position

Salary plus incentives based on experience
