Position Status: Full-Time 1.0 FTE | Monday - Friday (May include flexing for weekend or evening events)

Northwest Human Services is seeking a collaborative, operationally focused Mobile Medical Unit Manager to lead our Mobile Health Program and help expand access to high-quality, patient-centered healthcare throughout Marion and Polk counties.
This is more than an operations management role. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about community health, enjoys building partnerships, thrives in dynamic environments, and can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership. As a working manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Mobile Medical Unit and Street Outreach services while working alongside clinical teams, community organizations, and support departments to bring healthcare directly to underserved and rural communities.
