WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Travel to patient homes to conduct visits
Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment
- Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participant
Perform echocardiograms per protocol on adult and pediatric patients
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging
Follow sponsor and protocol-specific imaging guidelines
Ensure accurate image acquisition and proper labeling for cardiology review
Complete preliminary report with measurements and sonographer comments
Maintain high-quality standards consistent with ASE Standards
Perform basic troubleshooting of imaging equipment
WHAT YOU BRING | REQUIREMENTS
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from ARDMS, or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) from CCI .
Certification in Adult (AE) is required, Pediatric (PE) certification not required but a plus
3+ years of recent sonography experience, in both adult and pediatrics
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally/regionally
Access to a personal computer and reliable internet required; Tech savvy and self sufficient with digital tools
Ability to work independently in non-traditional settings
Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
Adaptability in dynamic, field-based environments
Time management and organizational skills
