Mobile QA Engineer

Your new role and environment.

As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our React Native mobile applications used across several Ahold Delhaize brands in Europe.

You will mainly focus as a Medior tester in one of the Continuous Delivery teams or projects, supporting both iOS and Android platforms within a modern white-label architecture. The platform is built using advanced engineering practices and progressive technical approaches, including Design Systems, performance measurement strategies, and strong architectural governance.

You will collaborate closely with developers, Product Managers, automation teams, regression teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high testing standards and successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities of your role.

• Perform functional testing for React Native mobile applications on both iOS and Android


• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts


• Collaborate with developers, Product Managers, automation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing coverage


• Report defects and track their status


• Ensure testing activities are completed on time and aligned with quality standards


• Participate in production delivery activities and business UAT sessions

Requirements.

We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Testing


• Experience testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms


• Strong experience creating test cases and test scripts

Experience with:

• Functional Testing


• System Integration Testing


• Compatibility Testing


• Regression Testing


• Understanding of CI/CD processes and release flows


• Experience using tools such as JIRA and Zephyr


• Strong communication skills and fluent English


• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams


• Strong organizational, prioritization, and self-management skills
