Mobile Route Lead

Why This Job is Different: We are not looking for a standard cleaner who stays in one building. We are looking for a Mobile Route Lead. You will be the "Captain" of your own route, driving your personal vehicle to 3-5 high-end commercial clients per shift (Medical Offices, Dealerships, Fitness Studios).

You will have the code to the door and the keys in your pocket. As long as the work is done perfectly and on time, you manage your own flow. No micromanagement—just autonomy and results.

What You Will Do:

• Execute the Route: Drive your personal vehicle to scheduled client sites in Paramus, Rutherford, Wayne, and Englewood.
  
• Special Project Support: Assist with "on-call" work runs as they appear. This includes high-priority Post-Construction Cleaning jobs, deep cleans, or assisting existing crews with large-scale projects.
  
• Keyholder Responsibility: Manage keys and alarm codes for secure facilities (Dealerships, Medical Offices).
  
• High-Detail Cleaning: Perform janitorial duties including floor care, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
  
• Communication: Use a smartphone app to log start/stop times and report any facility issues (leaks, damages, supply shortages).
  

The Schedule (Approx. 25-28 Hours/Week + Extra Runs): This is a Part-Time role with a mix of fixed, flexible, and on-call hours.

• Mondays & Thursdays: Late Evening Focus (Approx. 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
  
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: Morning Block (10:30 AM – 12:30 PM) Required.
  
• Wednesdays & Fridays: Flexible Evening Routes (Start time flexible after 5:00 PM).
  
• On-Call Availability: Must be available for additional work runs that appear throughout the month (e.g., Post-Construction cleaning crews or emergency facility needs). These provide excellent opportunities for extra hours beyond your base route.
