Mobile Service Tech

Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Tech to join our team in Orland Park, IL. This role involves providing on-site vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs to ensure our customers receive top-quality service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations


• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and outcomes


• Maintain accurate service records and report on work performed


• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations


• Manage tools and inventory required for mobile service operations


• Duties also include driving and maintaining company provided mobile service van. 

Requirements

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably in mobile service


• Post High School automotive schooling. 


• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently


• Excellent customer service and communication skills
