Tasca Ford Berlin is looking for a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Service Program. In this role, you'll provide dealership-quality maintenance and light repairs at customers' homes, workplaces, or businesses. Responsibilities

• 
  

  Travel to customer locations in a fully equipped mobile service van

  
  


• 
  

  Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filter and bulb replacements, fluid top-offs, and basic diagnostics

  
  


• 
  

  Complete multi-point inspections and document findings

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate directly with customers about services and recommendations

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate service records and keep the mobile van clean and fully stocked

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety and Ford/manufacturer guidelines

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  2+ years of automotive maintenance or repair experience

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Ford experience or certifications are a plus
