Mobile Specialist

Toyota of Naperville Service is seeking dedicated professional individuals to join our team!

The Mobile Specialist serves as a key connection between the dealership and our service customers by providing convenient vehicle pick-up and delivery services, maintaining communication throughout the service process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role combines customer service, logistics, and dealership support to create a seamless service experience.

This full time position will work Monday-Friday from 8:45AM-6:15PM.

You Will…

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments.


• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.


• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition before transport.


• Maintain communication with customers regarding pick-up and delivery times.


• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure efficient scheduling.


• Assist with loaner vehicle exchanges and customer transportation needs.


• Ensure customer vehicles are clean, secure, and handled with care.


• Support service department operations as needed, including administrative and customer assistance tasks.


• Assist customers with basic vehicle feature questions during vehicle return.


• Maintain accurate records of vehicle transportation activities.

You Have…

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Professional appearance and demeanor.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review


• Outstanding punctuality 

Physical Requirements

• Frequently entering and exiting vehicles.


• Standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.


• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
