Purpose:

The Mobile Wash Bay Technician is responsible for cleaning and detailing agricultural equipment at customer locations and dealership sites. This position requires independent travel to off-site locations using company-provided equipment and represents Gooseneck Implement directly in the field. The role supports customer satisfaction by ensuring equipment is professionally cleaned, safely handled, and prepared according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

·         Travel to store locations to clean and detail agricultural equipment.

·         Safely operate mobile wash equipment, including pressure washers, water tanks, and cleaning systems.

·         Ensure proper setup, operation, and breakdown of mobile wash unit.

·         Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines while working off-site.

·         Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.

·         Identify and report visible equipment concerns to service leadership.

·         Maintain cleanliness, organization, and serviceability of mobile wash vehicles and equipment.

·         Maintain accurate records of work completed and time spent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·         Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

·         Ability to work independently in remote locations.

·         Strong time management and route planning skills.

·         Basic understanding of equipment operation and safe handling.

·         Customer service orientation and professional communication skills.

·         Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for work order tracking.

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs.

·         Ability to crouch, bend, reach and stand for extended periods.

·         Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

·         Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
