About the Role

DecisionPoint Technologies is seeking a Mobility Depot Technician to join our logistics team. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure mobility devices are accurately configured, staged, packaged, tracked, and deployed according to client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or depot environment. You will work closely with depot staff, logistics teams, technical teams, procurement, and client engagement to support efficient device fulfillment and deployment.

What You'll Do

  • Stage and kit mobility devices according to client specifications.
  • Configure, prepare, package, and ship devices in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Process daily tickets, requests, and fulfillment assignments.
  • Complete assigned work accurately and on schedule to meet established SLAs.
  • Support client onboarding, deployment projects, and other depot initiatives as assigned.
  • Track and update mobility device inventory in the appropriate management systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset movement, device status, and deployment history.
  • Participate in inventory counts and help research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure devices and related equipment are properly accounted for throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Inspect devices and completed kits to ensure they meet client specifications and internal quality standards.
  • Identify and report defective equipment, fulfillment errors, or process issues.
  • Follow documented procedures, security requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely fulfillment and inventory documentation.
  • Work closely with logistics, procurement, technical, and client engagement teams.
  • Communicate issues that could affect fulfillment schedules, quality, or SLAs.
  • Contribute ideas that improve depot processes, efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration mindset.
  • Technically inclined with the ability to quickly learn new devices, systems and applications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize daily assignments.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Comfortable using computers and performing repetitive data-entry or keyboarding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mobility device configuration or deployment.
  • Experience in warehouse, depot, logistics, fulfillment, or asset-management operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or asset-tracking systems.
  • Experience preparing technology equipment for shipment or deployment.

Physical & Work Environment

This position is primarily based in a warehouse/depot environment. The role requires regular standing, sitting, walking, and use of computer and office equipment. Employees may occasionally need to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds. The position also requires sufficient visual, auditory, verbal, and fine-motor abilities to safely and effectively perform essential job duties

Salary Description

$20 - $21 per hour
