Monday - Friday Caregiver

Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality support to aging adults in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Caregiver, you will help ensure client safety, provide companionship, and assist with essential daily routines. Whether you are supporting mobility, assisting with personal care, helping with meal preparation, or simply providing a reassuring presence, your care plays an important role in our clients' well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship
• Assist with daily routines and activities
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignment
