Crumbl Chesterfield is hiring a Morning Production Lead to help open the store and lead our production team in preparing dough and frosting for the day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and can keep a small team organized and on pace.
This is a leadership role— you will work closely with store management and help execute production systems.
What You’ll Do
- Help open the store and set up for daily production
- Lead a team of 2–4 during morning production
- Oversee dough and frosting preparation
- Ensure production stays on pace and organized
- Assign team members to stations
- Maintain quality control for dough, frosting, and baked cookies
- Complete prep for the next shift
- Support overall store cleanliness and organization
Schedule
- Early morning shifts (typically starting 6am–8am)
- Must be available on Saturdays
- Closed on Sundays

What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in restaurant or bakery preferred
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Comfortable leading production without constant supervision
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 18+ with reliable transportation
- Able to lift 10–50 lbs and stand for shift duration
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
