Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitize and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and service areas.
• Prepare and produce a wide variety of bakery products with flair.
• Monitor and replenish kitchen production items using proper rotation procedures.
• Supervise assigned staff directly or through lead personnel.
• Ensure compliance with personal hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years restaurant culinary and/or baking experience required.
• Gluten-free baking experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform essential functions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, bend, squat; ability to lift and move up to 25lbs
• Active listening skills to understand and engage with team members.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or culinary training.
