LV Petroleum is looking for motivated and dependable Shift Leads to help oversee daily operations at our busy travel center locations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

As a Shift Lead, you will help manage day-to-day operations across the store, support team members, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and efficient service throughout every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity and operational efficiency
• Assist with cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the travel center, including retail and common areas
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently followed
• Help stock merchandise, monitor inventory, and support overall store operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Train and support new team members while promoting a positive team environment
• Communicate operational issues or maintenance concerns to management promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, food service, travel center, or customer service experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
