Job Description - Mortgage Loan Officer

Arizona Seller Financing and ASF Mortgage

Arizona Seller Financing is over 10 years old, with a rich tradition of helping anyone wanting to be a homeowner, be a homeowner. We do all the traditional real estate and mortgage transactions that all the others do, however we also do Rent to Own, Seller Financing, and many other creative investor funded loans and closes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Loan Officer

Location: Throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation:DOE and Performance

Duties:

â¦ Work company provided leads, realtor leads, outside sales rep leads, as well as self generated leads

â¦ Work From Home!! *we will also have work from our office options

â¦ Source new business through daily/weekly/monthly contact with prospects via face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication

â¦ Following the ASF process and follow up procedures in CRM

â¦ Attend training the first 2 weeks, and ongoing weekly and monthly training sessions

â¦ Maintaining the CRM with all notes, emails, phone calls, and marketing info

â¦ Build relationships with current and new realtors

â¦ Build relationships with current and new outside sales representatives

â¦ Keep management, processors, outside sales representatives, and loan officers up to date on all things pertaining to files

â¦ Develop the relationship, then refer to the proper team members within our company

â¦ Continue to help team members build the client relationship

â¦ Provide on-going service and support to all employees as well as outside companies we work with

â¦ Maintain positive attitude, be apart of the growing ASF culture

â¦ If you have the desire to be a leader, than make sure to work towards that through every interaction and transaction and walk the talk

â¦ Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports

Experience Needed:

â¦ Valid Mortgage Loan Officer Licensing and continued education

â¦ Valid AZ Drivers License with dependable transportation

â¦ Cell phone and laptop computer, and home office setup

â¦ Driven to success and a six figure income

â¦ Have impeccable organizational and follow-up skills
