We're looking for a motivated Contents Moving Technician to join our Restoration Team. If you enjoy physical, hands-on work, like staying active, and take pride in handling customers' belongings with care, this is a rewarding career where no two days are the same. You'll help pack, move, transport, clean, and return personal property while supporting families and businesses after unexpected disasters.
What You'll Do
Safely pack, wrap, load, unload, and transport customers' belongings during restoration projects.
Move furniture, household goods, office equipment, and other contents between homes, businesses, storage facilities, and our cleaning facility.
Operate company vans and box trucks to transport contents to and from job sites.
Use proper lifting techniques and moving equipment to safely handle items of varying sizes and weights.
Inventory, label, and organize customer belongings to ensure accurate tracking throughout the restoration process.
Clean and restore personal belongings affected by fire, water, smoke, mold, and other disasters.
Perform post-construction, structural, and specialty cleaning services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while providing outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
Experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse operations, restoration, logistics, or professional cleaning is preferred (paid training provided for the right candidate).
Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading throughout the day.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when packing and documenting customer belongings.
Positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, approximately 40–43 hours per week.
Hours: 6:30 AM (occasionally) or 7:30 AM (typically) to 5:00 PM.
Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
