Mow Foreman

North Atlantic Landscape is looking to add a skilled and dedicated full-time Mow Foreman

to our team. Join a growing company that takes pride in delivering quality work for commercial and residential customers throughout Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast.

• Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, some weekend work as needed

What You’ll Do: 

• Complete daily mowing routes and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards. 
• Oversee and manage a mow crew
• Train and mentor new crew members.
• Review and follow project guidelines, including sticking to scope and budgeted hours.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT Medical Card, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and best safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
