Main Tasks

• Steering production optimization to meet schedules and standards as well as to enforce adherence to production processes, systems, technology and equipment


• Taking responsibility for planning and controlling production schedules


• Taking decisions for coordinating material requirements and ensuring a controlled flow of approved materials


• Leading efforts to enhance delivery reliability by optimizing the production cost structure for improved efficiency


• Managing the influence on the production cost structure to ensure competitive pricing and to maintain profitability


• Overseeing the efficiency of lead time and value stream by monitoring the duration from procurement of individual parts to shipping
