Job Responsibilities and Customer Service Principles

• Operate MRI equipment to perform MRI and MRA procedures independently.


• Promote high-level customer service by understanding and exceeding patient expectations.


• Display a caring attitude, respect, and professionalism to patients.


• Develop consistency in service delivery to build trust and loyalty.


• Be a team player to enhance overall clinic performance.

Duties and Technical Skills

• Perform MRI/MRA procedures and operate related equipment accurately.


• Ensure patient comfort and immobilization during scans.


• Evaluate image quality and maintain proper documentation.


• Maintain MRI equipment, supplies, and safety protocols.


• Participate in ongoing education and training activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Certification Requirements

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and magnetic safety.


• Skill in operating MRI machines and recognizing subtle differences in images.


• Ability to communicate clearly and provide patient reassurance.


• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Preferably two years of MRI experience and ARRT certification or eligibility.
