GTI Energy is seeking an MRO / VMI Coordinator to support maintenance, repair, and operational inventory management across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating vendor-managed inventory programs, monitoring stock levels, supporting supplier communication, and ensuring timely replenishment of critical materials and consumables.

Key Responsibilities
MRO & Inventory Coordination
- Monitor MRO inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability for operations
- Coordinate replenishment activities with VMI suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Track inventory usage trends and support inventory optimization initiatives
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and material organization efforts
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Maintain communication with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and replenishment schedules
- Support vendor-managed inventory programs to ensure service level expectations are met
- Coordinate supplier visits, inventory reviews, and stocking adjustments
- Escalate supply or delivery concerns impacting operations
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate ERP inventory and supplier data
- Generate reports related to inventory levels, shortages, stockouts, and supplier performance
- Support KPI reporting for inventory turns, replenishment timing, and supplier responsiveness
- Update order tracking information and inventory records as needed
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Maintenance, Warehouse, Receiving, and Procurement teams to resolve material issues
- Assist with onboarding new MRO suppliers and maintaining vendor documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory processes and material flow
- Provide administrative and coordination support for inventory management activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of inventory coordination, purchasing support, warehouse, or supply chain experience
- Strong Excel, ERP, and inventory data management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, MRO, or industrial supply environments preferred
- Experience working with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs preferred
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and ERP systems preferred
