Position: Multifamily Operations Specialist

Location: Based out of Stamford, CT
Ability to travel to Norwalk and Jersey City as needed

Position Overview:
BLT is seeking a Multifamily Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Stamford, CT. The primary function of this role is to assist with all aspects of operations across the multifamily portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities of Multifamily Operations Specialist:

Assist in all facets of multifamily operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
Collaborate with property management on renewal efforts to facilitate a timely and effective process.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold company standards, identifying maintenance issues and areas for improvement.
Provide day-to-day support to property management and leasing teams.
Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
Support initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Aid collections efforts with reporting, tracking statuses, and making necessary phone calls.
Provide additional support to property management and leasing teams as required.

Requirements for Multifamily Operations Specialist:

Minimum of 2-4 years of residential operations experience, working on site at multifamily properties
Exceptional computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Willingness to travel to Norwalk, Stamford and Jersey City properties as needed
Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
