Essential Functions:

• Conducts high-quality procedures across multiple modalities according to set protocols.
• Ensures patient safety and compliance with radiation dose and infection control standards.
• Utilizes AIDET for effective communication and patient comfort during procedures.
• Prepares and positions patients properly, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Manages equipment functionality and clinic space, collaborating with technical support to maintain operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology or similar field.
• Less than 1 year of experience required; more experienced candidates preferred.
• Required Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) by the State of Texas Medical Board.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in two imaging modalities.
