Job Description - Multi-Site Sales Manager



Greater Hartford, CT Market 




You've already proven you can build one great sales team. Now imagine doing it across two — same market, two locations, one connected strategy and your fingerprints on every win. That's the opportunity in front of you. 




We're expanding our leadership bench in the Greater Hartford, CT market, and we're looking for a Multi-Site Sales Manager to take the reins across two local branch locations. This isn't a caretaker role — it's a builder role. You'll inherit a foundation of strong local teams and be the one who turns them into a single, high-performing sales force with a shared playbook, shared standards and a shared hunger to win. 




We're a trusted name in residential heating, cooling, and electrical solutions, built on long-term relationships with homeowners and a reputation for getting it right. As we grow our presence in this market, we need a leader who can scale that reputation across both locations — without losing what makes it work.



$140,000 - $320,000 a year



The Opportunity 




As Multi-Site Sales Manager, you'll own sales performance for two branch locations in the same Greater Hartford market. Think of yourself as the connective tissue between two teams that are great on their own but even better working from the same game plan. You'll split your time across both locations — coaching in the field, calibrating standards in the conference room, and reporting on results at the business level. 




This role is built for someone who wants scale and significance — a bigger book of business, a bigger team to develop, and a direct line to the kind of revenue impact that gets noticed at the top of the company. 




What You'll Do 






  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable comfort advisors and outside sales reps across two branch locations in the Greater Hartford market 








  • Build one consistent sales playbook — process, messaging, and standards — that works seamlessly at both locations while still flexing to each site's local dynamics 








  • Drive revenue growth through in-field ride-alongs, live coaching, and performance management at both locations 








  • Recruit, hire, and develop the next generation of sales talent and team leads, building bench strength at each site 








  • Monitor KPIs, close rates, and sales metrics location-by-location — spotting what's working at your stronger site and replicating it at the other 








  • Partner with branch GMs and operations leaders at each location to align sales capacity with install and service capacity 








  • Develop and execute sales strategy and growth initiatives across both locations to expand market share in Greater Hartford 








  • Prepare and manage sales budgets and projections across both P&Ls, and approve expenditures within your authority 








  • Set the tone on customer experience — make sure every homeowner at either location gets the same tailored, trustworthy experience 








  • Step in personally to resolve escalated customer concerns when a deal or relationship needs a senior hand 






What You Bring 








  • 5+ years of in-home or residential sales experience, with 3–5 years leading a sales team (experience leading teams across more than one location strongly preferred) 








  • A track record of setting aggressive sales targets and actually hitting them — not just setting them 








  • Comfort managing through layers — coaching team leads who coach reps — rather than only managing individuals directly 








  • Strong CRM fluency for pipeline management and forecasting across two locations 








  • Sharp analytical instincts: you can look at sales data from two branches and immediately see the story it's telling 








  • A willingness to split your week between two branch locations within the Greater Hartford market 








  • Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills that hold up when you're juggling two sites' priorities at once 








  • Residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits 




Compensation: Base salary (based on experience and scope of locations managed) + commission and bonus plan 




Total Pay: $140,000 – $320,000 per year (Base + Commission + Bonus)

Schedule & Location 




Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift, with weekends as needed and regular travel between the two branch locations 




Work Location: On-site, split between two branch locations within the Greater Hartford, CT market 




Experience 






  • Residential Home Services: 5 years (Required) 








  • Sales management: 3–5 years (Required) 








  • Leading sales teams across two or more locations (Preferred) 








  • HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience (Preferred) 








  • B2C Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
