Position Overview

As a Coach at Hattrick Sports Club, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and dynamic environment for our youth athletes. You will be responsible for coaching children of all ages, organizing and leading clinics and camps, and managing sports leagues. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to build program schedules and training plans to ensure our programs are well-organized and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach children of varying skill levels in Basketball, Volleyball, and Soccer.


• Plan and execute sports clinics, seasonal camps, and organized leagues.


• Develop detailed program schedules and practice plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.


• Provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment that encourages personal and athletic growth.


• Act as a positive role model, instilling teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect in all participants.


• Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless program delivery.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous coaching experience, particularly with children and youth athletes.


• Proficiency in coaching Basketball, Volleyball, and Soccer.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to design effective training plans and schedules.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage athletes.


• A commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.


• Availability to coach 3-4 days per week (including evenings or weekends as needed).
