Location: New York, NY — This is a fully on-site opportunity, Monday through Friday, designed for attorneys who enjoy collaborating with their team in the office.
Note: Active admission to practice law in New York and 4+ years of directly relevant litigation experience are must-have qualifications. Experience handling New York municipal claims and personal injury matters is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Lead and manage a caseload of complex New York personal injury and municipal claim matters from inception through resolution or verdict.
- Develop case strategies designed to maximize outcomes for clients.
- Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
- Analyze claims, evidence, liability, damages, and litigation strategy throughout each matter.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and other case stakeholders.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently and strategically.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff while contributing to a high-performing litigation team.
- Help drive departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and continued practice growth.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active New York Bar admission in good standing.
- 4+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of New York personal injury law and litigation procedure.
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Excellent written, oral advocacy, analytical, and case-management skills.
- Ability to manage a substantial caseload and competing priorities.
- New York municipal claims experience strongly preferred.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus.
