We are looking for a Nail technician who can provide our guests with a relaxing island escape as you perform a full range of manicure and pedicure services.

What You’ll Do:

  Provide a range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other related treatments, ensuring guests receive high-quality and personalized services.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, adhering to strict sanitization and disinfection protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care services, maintaining a working knowledge of all products used and incorporating new trends into service offerings as appropriate.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to state-issued guidelines for nail care services, completing daily service logs for pedicure stations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service by delivering exceptional nail care services, addressing guests' needs and preferences, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and stock workstations with necessary supplies and inform management of any inventory needing replacement, ensuring the availability of products and equipment for efficient delivery service.

  
  


• 
  

  Regularly inspect equipment for damage or signs of wear and tear, promptly reporting any issues to management for repair or replacement to maintain optimal functionality and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the nail care services offered at the establishment.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  Completion of 240 hours in nail courses at an accredited Cosmetology school.

  
  


• 
  

  Florida State Cosmetology License and all other mandated industry standard licenses.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nail Technician.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience working in a similar hotel, resort, or luxury nail spa setting.
