This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with older children and can confidently balance fun and structure. The schedule includes weekday mornings from 7:00–8:00 AM to assist with getting the girls to school, and afternoons from 3:00–8:00 PM for school pickup, extracurricular activities, dinner, and homework support, with 30 guaranteed hours per week. The family has 15-year-old twin girls and a 9-year-old girl who are all fun, lively, and talkative, and actively involved in cheerleading. Responsibilities include school drop-offs and pickups, driving to activities, assisting with homework, managing dinnertime, and helping maintain a smooth evening routine. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and organized, with the ability to connect with preteens and teens while also setting clear boundaries and expectations. The family offers a nanny car for use during working hours, and compensation ranges from $25–$30 per hour based on experience.
