We are seeking a National Account Executive to drive growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with national accounts. These customers operate across multiple shipping locations and require strategic transportation solutions.
In this role, you will focus on expanding business within Flatbed, Van, and Specialized Transportation while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term value to our clients.
This position is onsite Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow national account business within assigned verticals
Identify, qualify, and pursue new national account opportunities
Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations with prospective and existing customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across multiple locations
Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including carrier approval and pricing structures
Prepare and manage freight bid packages, contracts, and pricing proposals
Collaborate with regional sales representatives and internal teams to support account growth
Maintain a strong understanding of market pricing, capacity, and industry trends
Support customer needs including equipment requests, rate negotiations, and issue resolution
Partner with contractors and internal operations teams to secure and maintain strategic freight
Track and report on sales activity, account performance, and growth opportunities
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
3–5 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or sales preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
Knowledge of freight markets, pricing, and transportation operations
Ability to travel as needed
