Who You Are

• Proven success in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales


• Experience recruiting, training, and leading independent sales reps


• Self-driven, coachable, and hungry to build something that lasts


• Based in or near Fort Worth, TX (or remote with 3+ years of merchant services leadership experience)
  
  

Compensation

$85,000–$175,000+ realistic first-year earnings (Draw + Commission + Residuals)

1099 Independent Contractor role with full autonomy and lifetime residuals
