Natural Gas Scheduler / Operation Analyst

What you will do:

• Act as the main point of contact for traders across assigned gas markets

• Support the build-up and development of gas scheduling activities at Axpo U.S.

• Work closely with traders to balance daily positions and optimize capacity utilization within contractual limits

• Post and manage capacity releases on pipeline EBBs and maintain accurate internal records

• Monitor and communicate pipeline notices, maintenance updates, OFOs, and force majeure events with potential market impact

• Coordinate with external service providers and internal stakeholders to improve workflows and operational processes

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience in natural gas scheduling, operations, or energy trading support

• Understanding of pipeline operations, nominations, confirmations, and balancing processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured working style

• Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and functions

• Ideally, knowledge of U.S. natural gas markets, pipeline EBBs, and regulatory requirements

• Experience working with TSOs, SSOs, or third-party operational service providers is a plus
