Eligible for up to a 6% annual bonus payout of base salary, dependent on Balanced Scorecard achievements
Relocation assistance negotiable
Level II Nursery with five high-risk Pediatricians

> 1 Nursery with 16 bassinets
> 1 Level II Nursery with 8 bassinets
> 8 overflow bassinets

~1,400 births annually
Care delivery model is LDR and Mother/Baby
Has 2 peer managers (OB Manager and Pediatrics Manager); reports to Director of Women's and Children's Services

Qualifications

Bachelors required
Ohio RN licensure required
At least 2 years of prior (recent) NICU experience required
