Neonatal Rounding Nurse Practitioner at Bailey Medical

Bailey Medical Center is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join an established, hospital-employed team serving the growing communities of Owasso and the greater Tulsa area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced neonatal provider to practice in a highly respected community hospital recognized nationally for patient safety and maternity care excellence.

• Hospital-employed position at Bailey Medical Center
• Join a team of 4 physicians
• Full-time inpatient neonatal practice
• Variable schedule with rounding and on-call coverage responsibilities
• Average daily patient volume: 12
• Restricted call schedule: every other week (7 consecutive days)
• Approximately 5 patient encounters while on call
• Average of 3 call-backs while on call
• Epic EMR and Ambience technology platform

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Neonatal experience and training required
• Neonatal procedural and patient care competencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Neonatal specialty training
• Prior neonatal practice experience
