•    6+ years of experience .NET & 4 years of experience in Interwoven
•    Should have proven experience in ASP.NET & C#
•    Should have demonstrated abilities in IIS Administration.
•    Should have understanding of deployment life cycle.
•    Good understanding of Object oriented programming.
•    Good to have experience with database like SQL, Oracle and MS-Access
•    Good in writing query/ procedure in SQL
•    development and infrastructure related to TeamSite, SitePublisher and LiveSite components.
•    Maintain & Update  TeamSite, SitePublisher and LiveSite templates, components  and forms configuration; develop minor custom components where applicable
•    Support existing applications when bugs are found or enhancements are needed
•    Maintain & update component configurations with the CMS Development Manager
•    Should be having good analytical problem-solving abilities
•    Should be Self-motivated, team oriented, able to work in a team environment and able to operate with minimal supervision.
•    Excellent understanding of onsite offshore based IT delivery model and able to manage delivery issues and challenges proactively
•    Understand functional requirements and able to translate them into appropriate technical specifications
•    Excellent customer communication and Ability to manage challenging customer delivery and tight deadlines
