New Car Sales Associate

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through effective questioning.


• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.


• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.


• Negotiate sales agreements and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
