$100,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses + Company Vehicle Allowance

A Branch Manager / Service Manager / Operations Manager is required to lead an established mechanical seal service centre in Odessa, Texas.

This role is ideal for a technically experienced professional who understands mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pump service, or industrial repair environments and is looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a local operation.

You will oversee the day-to-day activities of an established service facility, supporting a skilled technical team while acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the region. This is a hands-on leadership position combining technical expertise, customer relationships, and operational responsibility.

The successful candidate may come from a background as a Branch Manager, Service Manager, Field Service Engineer, Mechanical Seal Technician, Operations Supervisor, or Technical Sales Engineer.

The Branch Manager / Service Manager / Operations Manager – Mechanical Seals & Rotating Equipment Role:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an established mechanical seal service centre


• Provide leadership and support to technicians and branch employees


• Oversee workflow, priorities, and operational performance


• Act as the local representative for the company with customers across the region


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers


• Support technical discussions around mechanical seals, repairs, and rotating equipment solutions


• Work closely with internal sales, engineering, and operational teams


• Visit customers when required to support technical issues and relationship development


• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and branch performance


• Maintain a strong safety, quality, and service-focused culture


• Provide leadership while remaining hands-on within a technical environment

Branch Manager / Service Manager / Operations Manager – Mechanical Seals & Rotating Equipment Requirements:

• Experience in a Branch Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager, Service Supervisor, Field Service Manager, or similar leadership role


• Experience working with mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, or industrial service solutions


• Strong technical understanding of mechanical repair, servicing, or industrial equipment


• Ability to build relationships with customers, technicians, and internal teams


• Experience managing or supporting a service operation, workshop, or repair facility


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a local operation


• Ability to travel locally for customer visits and business development activities


• Valid driver’s license

Desirable Experience:

• Mechanical seal repair or servicing experience


• Background with companies such as John Crane, AESSEAL, Chesterton, Flowserve, EagleBurgmann, Garlock, or similar


• Experience with pumps, valves, rotating equipment, or industrial maintenance


• Previous experience leading technicians, service teams, or workshop environments


• Technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing engineering experience


• Experience working within oil & gas, chemical, power, manufacturing, or process industries
