The Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative / Business Development Manager Role:

• Generate new leads and opportunities within an assigned geographic area


• Identify businesses with potential Critical Power requirements and develop new relationships


• Engage with prospects to understand requirements and create qualified opportunities


• Promote technical services including engineering, installation, maintenance and testing solutions


• Record leads and opportunities accurately within CRM systems


• Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure opportunities are supported effectively


• Meet with customers and prospects to communicate value and identify further opportunities

Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative / Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Experience in sales, business development or a similar customer-facing commercial role


• Experience within Critical Power or a related technical industry is preferred


• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills


• Ability to identify opportunities and develop new customer relationships


• Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines


• Experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role
