Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Up to $75,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and intermediary partners.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


• Promote the company’s surety solutions to increase market penetration and visibility.


• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.


• Collaborate with leadership to provide pipeline updates, opportunity reporting, and market feedback.


• Achieve established production and growth objectives while maintaining high service and compliance standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Insurance industry experience is required.
  
  
  • Business development, sales, marketing, or production background within insurance.
  
  
  • Experience working through broker and agency distribution channels.
  
  
  
  


• Licensing: Active insurance license preferred/required.

  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  
  
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
