Customer Service Representative (Insurance Renewals)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This full-time role focuses on handling insurance policy renewals while delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation Package

• Annual Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (flexible based on experience) + commission potential

Responsibilities

• Manage and process insurance policy renewals efficiently and accurately.


• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and policy updates.


• Adapt quickly to new processes and contribute to the growth of the office.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is required (any lines of insurance are acceptable; Property & Casualty preferred).


• Active insurance license is preferred but not mandatory.


• Proven ability to work independently with minimal training and supervision.


• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.


• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a busy and evolving work environment.


• Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor.


• Comfortable working in a smaller or newer office setting.
