Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Placement Specialist to join a dynamic team specializing in commercial lines. As a Placement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in marketing, quoting, and binding new business while serving as a liaison between member agents and insurance carriers.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (maximum).


• Quarterly Incentive Bonus: $6,000 - $7,000 annually at 100% target achievement.


• Annual Bonus: 5% of salary based on company revenue goals.


• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Market, quote, and bind new commercial lines business.


• Serve as a liaison between member agents and insurance carriers.


• Provide multi-line support across various commercial lines accounts.


• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines, with multi-line expertise.


• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.


• Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly desirable.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
